The AAF - Louisville is a member of the American Advertising Federation. The AAF protects and promotes advertising at all levels of government through grassroots activities and the AAF - Louisville is committed to this cause.

Our goal with Government Relations is to keep members in the loop on the most important issues to our industry on a local, state, and national level. Below are helpful links for you to keep up to date. As an AAF member, you can also sign-up to receive the AAF Government Report, an e-newsletter that is emailed every 5-10 days during the congressional year that provides a brief overview of advertising-related policy and legislative developments on the federal, state and local levels.

HOT TOPIC – One of the hottest topics nationally in the industry, and right here in Kentucky, is that of establishing a tax on services in the tax code. AAF – Louisville is a member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and receives monthly updates to stay up-to-date with this issue. Leadership is also in communication with state legislators in an effort to ensure our industry is protected.
